Because let's be honest, Arkansas is not a destination job. Barry will not be doing anything great in terms of championships at Arkansas. He could in Oklahoma and it doesn't hurt that his brother is the linebackers coach at OU.

Idk if Odom will leave AR but they absolutely can’t match what OU can pay.
