Stetson will start in the playoff, and he'll start in the NC against Bama if we make it.

WTF is going on in the QB room. An injury can cause you to lose your starting job and playing time. JT has got to have a lingering injury or something

ND along with us has a loss to a team that's going into the playoffs. We were ranked #1 before the SEC championship. They're not going to kick us out of the playoff to reward a team that sat home this weekend.

Were they as completely dominated as we were? Bama went in dry and fricked the hell out of us. And we couldn’t stop them. No elite QB would have helped us

Look at most of the playoff games throughout the brief history of the playoffs. The NCAA loves sacrificial lambs in the first round games.

ND struggled against Toledo, FSU and Purdue….had no top 25 wins

Agree. We should be out. Imagine if we did get in and we beat our first opponent and then faced Alabama for a repeat, ugly, blowout. The fans would go nuts. I would not blame them.

Maybe, but then again, maybe he knew that they couldn't or wouldn't. Plus, Notre Dame still thinks it's *Notre frickin' Dame*, and it isn't anymore.
