Petition to SEC: U of F forfeiture of LSU regular season game

With malice of forethought, the University of Florida failed to adequately plan for a contingency to move the 10/8/16 game against LSU to an alternative location. The basis for this malice, is that the entire universe of weather forecasting, including the Euro Model, indicated as early as early Monday (10/5/16) that hurricane Matthew would skirt along the east coast of FL. Thus, adversely affect any reliable chance of game being played in Gainesville, FL. LSU offered multiple alternatives, beginning Monday (I Think), all of which UofF, aka, Foley declined to accept.
