He dealt with a lot of injuries but he definitely accomplished more than most running backs with two Super Bowl rings and almost 4000 yards

I remember from an ESPN segment that he was into rap when he was in college. Is he still doing that ? I mean he’s made his money and should be set if he was smart and saved.

I think it was just something he did with his teammates that year.

Sony probably has a career in coaching tbh

I sometimes wonder how much bigger a star Sony could have been if he hadn’t been sharing a backfield with Chubb his whole career.

As a Georgia fan, I’m obviously thrilled we had both of them for 4 years, but I feel like Sony could have been a Heisman candidate if he had been able to operate as a solo featured back in an offense.

Nobody does that anymore though. Even when we had Gurley. It’s not a thing in football at any level now

He needed to split carries just to last this long in the nfl.
