I’ll be 54 in January. I don’t need any of that stuff. But anyone that lifts and can’t gain and they are serious about their lifting and are doing the correct diet. The only “supplement” I would suggest anyone try is MK677. Well unless you are over 60 and/or need test from a dr. I know a bunch of guys in their early 40s that made massive gains in muscle and strength in less than a year on MK677.

Mk677 liquid

My son says a lot of kids take that now. I have him on creatine and vitamins. I don’t know anything about that other stuff, and I don’t want him screwing up his body.

For 36 change that Once A Day to either GNC Vitapak Ripped or Men’s strength which ever fits your needs. Men’s strength has a low dose of Creatine HCL in capsule form that has worked well for me after years of creatine monohydrate powder.

And for a great tasting ready to drink I drink Fair life 25 like chocolate milk no whey taste to it.

I would never suggest anyone under 30 to take MK677. If you can’t do it with some normal supplements at that age you are probably doing something wrong.

MK677 is what all the police and firemen take now

Started MK-677 just about 4-5 weeks ago and I’m a believer. My before and after photos.

I lifted in HS, but I had no idea what I was doing

Maker you still lift or want to get back into it?

Anyone just starting to lift I would suggest the 5x5 workout. Or anyone that wants to get back to lifting. Yes you look like a puss starting out with just the bar on squat or bench but you learn great form without being so sore you can’t lift for a week

Amen brutha Fair Life is the way to go when you’ve vomited whey shakes multiple times.

It’s high protein chocolate milk.

Tell your son not to take MK-677. While it isn't a SARM or peptide, it works by increasing GH and IGF-1 levels. It is moronic for a teenager to need to be increasing GH levels barring some sort of medical necessity, considering that their natural GH production is the highest it will ever be.

There is no long-term data on the safety of MK-677. It could be fine, or it might not be. Kids today are freaking retarded. You have 16 year olds who started lifting 6 months ago taking SARMs and other experimental performance enhancers.

Been seeing a lot of those "body weight / Military" workout routines pop up on the social media feeds. I would not mind doing one of those. Something I could do at home with no equipment.

Its part of my routine for the most part. Plus, they are great to take on the boat. Just toss a couple in the cooler and you are good. They dont fill me up but certainly curve my appetite and give me some nutrition while Im on the water where I do not like to eat.

That’s exactly what I thought. A teenage boy is already 90% hgh and testosterone. What kid needs anything else besides vitamins, creatine, and a high protein diet?

There are a lot of good ones out there and as people get older, general calisthenics workouts are really good to incorporate. If i'm ever pressed for time or just need something quick, i'll do a 20 minute circuit of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats. Do that as many times over the 20 minutes as you can. It won't get much simpler than that but it really is a great little workout that covers most of the basics needed.

ETA: And for the sake of keeping the post somewhat relevant, anything else on the UT DC possibly coming in as Safety coach?
