I think Golesh will live or die on his own merits. Not buying it takes that long to build a scouting and recruiting infrastructure at this level with our resources. I could maybe buy it hurt us this past offseason but that excuse won’t hold water for me beyond this season

In the age of NIL and portal, looking for executives with deep experience in professional sports may be the way.

This is not 1972. Basically it’s pro sports.
