Looks like they are forcing schemes onto unsuited players.

What?

You mean forcing an offense that has been recruited for the spread since Tony Franklin was hired as OC all those years ago would struggle in the first season as a pro style offense???

Likewise a defense that has recruited for the 4-3 base since Tubs was hired and a 4-2-5 since 2009 would struggle running a 3-4 base?

Say it isn’t so? /sarcasm

Seriously though any of you who thought we had ANY business being talked about winning the west need your heads examined.

We shouldn’t worry about Harsin leaving for Washington. If he is as conservative as some of you believe there is 0 chance he goes to Washington. Perhaps you missed why Washington State fired their coach?

What and get a quitter in Lane Kiffin?

He wouldn’t stay long even if we are stupid enough to make a change at this point.

Our fans don’t deserve success, we are a conglomerate of entitled idiots who think they know how to run a football program. Our fans will be the reason Auburn goes Tennessee route of college football “greatness”.

I never thought we had a chance of winning the west nor were we going to be a true competitor to it. This team is getting a lot worse as we go through the season and it looks like the team is quitting as they go along.

When a new regime takes over a program, lots of Divas on the team have a soft, quitters mindset due to lack of trust. Only one thing will bring back the trust: showing them you can WIN.

Part of building a new program is purging all that and bringing in players to fit the new regime’s mindset.

Every new coach has had to experience this. It is nothing new.

But this isn’t soft quitter mentality that I’m seeing in this team. This is bad coaching and players getting more and more tired of shite decisions as they go. This is a bad management making the workers all quit and then blaming the workers. Sometimes the workers are to blame but most of the time it is the management.

Yep it all ties together. The players quit trusting the coaches if you aren’t winning because they still have a fragile mindset and aren’t sure of the new regime.

Only WINNING cures it

You can fool a lot of fans. You can fool most media. You cannot fool the players. They are in the locker room every day, they know what good coaching looks, sounds, and feels like... It usually doesn't take long for players to figure it out either and I suspect they have at this point.

Dude I don’t care what type of offense we run. It can be finesse, physical, air raid, west coast or triple option……….just score points!!!!!!!!

I find it funny that we were discussing Harsin’s vaccination status and wondering will he be our coach next year. Now I don’t think anyone really cares.

Man we’ve gotten worse as the season has gone on. Especially in the second half.
