Once played in a summer league game at Troy University in late July in their all synthetic turf. You had to continuously move around in the field or else the plastic on the bottom of the cleats would start to melt.

I wish the SEC would ban all artificial surfaces. You get tennis ball hops on that stuff aside from it smelling like the Opelika Uniroyal plant. Why can't Mizzou, UK, UT & Vandy grow grass? I bet their yards at home aren't artificial. Arky deals with the same or worse types of weather elements as those schools and their field always looks fantastic.

Are all the games sold out?

Do they do 2 game “sessions?”

How many tickets do the Universities get?

Capacity of stadium?

Stub hub price for a game?

We went in 2019, just bought a book of tickets at the game. Wasn't that expensive and was easy to get.

Synthetic turfs shouldn’t be allowed in the south. We have numerous professional golf courses that use grass. Baseball should be the same

It is almost impossible to get a full schedule in during the March and April rainy months. In theory grass is better, but turf has its place.
