Tells me that Gus lies.
NOBODY would keep playing a guy that has been as bad as Nix, when the guy he barely beat out, is on the bench.
Either Gatewood really sucked, or Gus had his mind made up when Bo set foot on campus.
Too bad we'll never get to see how Gatewood would've done, playing a full series, and had access to the whole playbook.
