When do you reckon it gets announced?
He's got 30 days. The only question is when did those 30 days start.. Yesterday? Last week?

But let’s be real, any company would fire you if you refused to participate in an HR investigation.

Not unless there's same vague language that would make it possible to slide it in?

Mind blown if this is seriously how this goes down. I'm just talking out my arse.

I think this policy helps them chip away at other AD employees that don’t have a mega buyout in the balance. I don’t think this is aimed directly toward Harsin

One thing that isn't clear to me. If you look at the document it says it was "modified" yesterday. That could mean it was implemented/uploaded yesterday.. but that also seems like it could have always been there and some small changes we're made to it yesterday. I'm not clear on that.

OP should make this the OFFICIAL HarsinGate thread

Maybe his assistants? Harsin would cooperate to try and save his buyout and/or job right?

I mean, depends on your definition of refusing to cooperate. We don’t know what’s been asked of him. Is staying in your vacation that had been scheduled for likely a while refusing to participate? Idk but there are definitely levels to it

This is just hypothetical. But let’s say they’re investigating cause and have interest in asking questions to even employees like trainers, analysts, or any of the hundreds of people employed around the football program. Having a policy in place to point to helps them in that regard.
I don’t know that they’re doing that. I’m just guessing this policy would be more helpful for that than coaches with contracts

I think we are being played. If you’re gonna fire him, then fricking do it. It’s imminent right? This to me is just the next round of rumor mongering to try and gain some sort of leverage. It’s so fricking childish honestly

Per Sauces. Harsin isn't back in town yet.

Per one sauce, all I got was a "it's happening tonight" text.
If it happens tonight, then hey, call me an insider.
