Was thee fans doing the sit sit sit sit down you suck chant after a strikeout last night.

I hate that tradition in basketball. I don’t mind the throwing the football out of the stadium in missed kicks.

And I don’t like that in baseball. I want rowdy fans. But that behavior is supposed to be around the bullpen and giving outfielders hell. We need the gymnastics idiots from a couple years ago to imitate the opposing pitcher like they did in the stands at gymnastics meets. Was hilarious to me

Tell me about it. My kid played 3 games in a PG tournament in hot as balls humidity at Myrtle Beach last summer. We were loading up on the pickle juice.

I was thinking that as we started stinging the ball against UCF, we were starting to get in a groove.

I do agree it worked out great getting to play again and let Hetzler keep pitching but honestly we only had 5 hits last night. You're not going to win very many games like that, especially against good teams. Hoping for much better tonight from the bats.

I remember in dixie league doing a doubleheader in 90 degree heat as the catcher.

Seem like most rec leagues these days are done by mid April now.

Was an odd evening offensively. Not a ton of contact but the contact made practically always went on a long ride.

It’s always unusual when a team finishes a game with more runs than hits.

I enjoyed the guy behind the plate last night. He didn’t let up on the umpire all day. He was a trooper.

It’s terrible. I’m 2 Red Bulls and a pot of coffee deep and still nodding off a little. Oh well. I’ll take a 20 min nap when I’m home and be fine. Was way worth staying up for though!

The closer starting last night was a big tell.

LOL, I guess you just have to hope that the grown ups keep the players' health and interests in mind.

Seems like a situation like this shouldn't exist, but you gotta have double elimination in baseball and the tournaments have to be quick.

Auburn and Tech sweating it out. UGA looks like they have a real good path to winning it all - should easily trounce MSU again.

They're good. They're also easy to dislike.

3 pitchers in 2 games today.

If we win the Regional, this may very well be the reason why.

Is there another sport that has a more fair tournament than baseball or softball?

Auburn is blessed to still be playing today because they Yaled it up last week

I guess you could argue that it is far more forgiving for losing than other systems. Though the flip is obviously whoever wins absolutely earns it more than most

That guy can give it a rest.
They showed a little something in single games against Tennessee and A&M in some kind of tournament at a neutral site.

Even with Miss St.

Did a good job against USC. Oregon played them even.

Other than that easy schedule, nothing special.

Basically lost 3 games in a row when it mattered the most.
