Please stop. You’re talking to someone that has been on a baseball field essentially for past 45 years. You think I don’t know how power is generated throwing or hitting. I’ve already told you nothing has helped my impingement no rehab no rest no shots. So I short arm to take the rotation off my shoulder. But thanks Dr Chex for advising me. You go back to gaming consoles and I will worry about functional movement. Deal?

Good rule of thumb when betting. Never bet on a team you have a rooting interest in. Especially if you are a big fan of that team. You are all welcome
