I’d feel better if we were playing a senior group of players. Their players are scrubs and less experienced than we are though.

I really just can’t fathom how a Bruce team is so bad from three consistently. Last year too. We can get hot, but as much as you know these guys shoot all the time, to be consistently in the 20% as a team a decent number of games, is unreal.

Because outside of KD and Jabari sometimes we don't have any shooters on this team. Caimbridge is a horrible shooter.

He's on my "F you" list, but we miss Powell on this team.

Jaylin Williams is going to need the ball more inside. I think he might be the hot hand of the day

Devin Cambridge is the streakiest guy that I’ve ever seen. He is literally nothing but net or nowhere near the goal. Nothing in between

I was just about to say something similar. We might need to play Kesser at C, Williams at PF and Jabari at the 3

Nobody wants to agree with me but I still believe losing Person was bigger than losing a recruiter and an assistant coach. 3 point shooting hasn’t been the same since.

USF came out ready to play and we looked stuck in mud most of the half. Settled in at the end. Come out after the half and just not turn the ball over near as much and knock down the open shots and we win this one. USF shot the ball very well while taking some long, contested twos. I’m fine with them continuing those. If they keep hitting them then you just have to tip your cap to them.

I would agree with that. Person was an excellent shooting coach.

Bruce just isn't a good offensive coach. Recruiting, motivating, defense, hustle, fitness? One of the best at all of the above. But his teams always only create offense off of fast breaks and turnovers. I can't recall ever seeing a solid fundamental offensive team from him.

As far as shooting, the guys that do shoot lights out could already do it before they got to Auburn (Bryce Brown, Harper, Powell, etc.)

We have seen quotes by people like Chuma that credit Person for his outside shooting. We also see Harper, brown, and other nba hopefuls continue to flock to Person to get his private coaching.

Yeah Powell could shoot lights out, but he blamed Auburn’s system for not getting open. Not saying I believe that

I'm not talking about Person. I was critiquing Bruce. He just doesn't seem to create offense for his players. I'll concede that Person was a good shooting coach.

THIS is what I'm saying.

Green just missed both threes and then moped while not getting back on defense and should have gotten an intentional foul call.

I knew as soon as I saw Caimbridge was the one with the ball on that break that he was going to get an offensive foul.
