I think Pearl needs to not let this kid get the last word basically saying Pearl wasn’t honest to him.

How can Pearl respond to that without looking like a tool? Not a great climate for that right now

Pearl is a master of saying he is a great kid and player and hates to loose him.

It's best to let him & it go. It's 1 kid.

I bet we put out some feelers on some HS/JUCO/Transfer SG's this week and hear news if we are getting any traction.

JLee saying while JT Thor could technically come back to Auburn it appears Auburn is already moving on. Playing professionally or entering the transfer portal will be his move.

He still doesn’t know when Scoot will make a decision. Could be late summer.

Several weeks ago I said I wouldn’t be surprised if we roll with an open spot. It’s really tough to keep guys around when you’re filling up the roster with guys that could/should play a lot of minutes. We’re seeing that dance right now with guys coming/going

As auburnnyc said, I think a JUCO guard would be a good fit at this point. Maybe another small school transfer, who knows?

If he transfers I could see Okie State being the destination.

That would suck.

JGT says Thor doesn’t want to be in college and didn’t go to class much last semester. I think Thor planned on being a one and done

Did the Auburn staff know? I'm about as NBA ready as Thor.

Its not even the dunks or blocks it's the skill of shooting and dribbling at his size. I don't wanna say this but baby Durant

Yep, this setup is detrimental to kids. Throw in the football free agency, college sports are on borrowed time. Such a shame.

flat out nasty. A big man shouldn’t be able to move like that let alone drain the 3.
