Speaking of I saw a post from S Hooks that said he has improved a lot in the last week
Would be huge to get him even back practicing. Someone give that man a helmet from now on.

Okeke and Okoro both struggling a little statistically but are getting heavy rotation minutes. They will both have a chance to have very solid careers

The team is really gonna have to get a lot better in multiple phases for me to say this year was a success for the development of next year.
2016’s team is an interesting comparison. There were only 3 scholarship seniors on that team and Dunans was the only starter of the 3.
We knew that team was immensely talented and young. On 2 different occasions they lost 3 consecutive games in league play.

Noticed Jared Harper had 31 pts and 10 assists in his first game with Knicks G League team.
Not sure I know what NBA teams want in a player to make it on a NBA roster.

Agreed. I'm fully convinced if any below avg NBA team trotted Harper out for 30 minutes a night for a couple weeks they would be pleased with what they get, I just don't know if he will ever get that chance.

Interesting thread on the 247 basketball board. Apparently Walker Kessler is looking to transfer to either Auburn or Gonzaga. There are actually UNC fans there on an AU board talking about basketball. I never thought I'd see the day

Dude looks like a throwback mid 90's Center from a country that used to be part of the Soviet Union.

Harper rolled his ankle pretty bad in G League game yesterday. Bryce is already out with an ankle injury. Tough luck for those guys especially with such a short season.
Chuma on the other hand got 35 minutes against the Warriors. Solid game with 9 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds.

You don’t judge NBA rookies until year 4. There are outliers obviously but year 3 is where most players show you who they will will become.

I think this game could be big for our confidence going into our last stretch. Hope the boys can pull out our first win at Rupp in decades.

Gotta be better about positioning and boxing out. UK would still be scoreless if not for us getting big boy'd on the glass.

Flannigan is a turnover machine.

Any time you see Johnson get a breakaway, you go 'uh oh, this is going to be ugly.'

2 TO’s already for Flanigan
I think he's only touched it 3 times too. Almost all of his TO's are lazy passes or walking from trying to stop after a failed drive. The fact that it's the same things over and over are concerning.

Cooper needs to play all of the minutes...

And another turnover. Then he follows it up with a possession where he dribbles for 10 seconds and then chunks up a three.

Weird when we the move the ball around on offense we have wide open shots. When we just dribble at the top of the key. Contested shots or turnovers

Very physical game. Definitely had stretch’s arm earlier.
