Starting to love this backcourt. Add Cooper to the mix? Damn

Yeah, if we get Cooper back this team could be very good. Only thing that really slowed down our offense this half was sticking Turbo in as a ball handler at the end of the half.

Troy isn’t a good team but they’re also not an awful team. This a solid performance so far. Let’s see if Bruce can keep them focused on the second half and keep working.

I’ll still be happy with wreaking havoc in conference play

That was an impressive half of defense by a young group. I really like the look in the 1-3-1. With our length that could be the answer against teams with quick guards. Hard to judge too much against Troy though. They do not match up well against us at all

I agree, huge size advantage. That was one of the better halves I’ve ever seen this team play though, which is encouraging, regardless of the competition. Another thing I really liked was that we scored a lot around the basket and didn’t take a bunch of long jumpers.

So Shariffe went through warm-ups and is in huddles. That has to mean something doesn't it?

I would think so, unless he’s just missing it a ton

Cambridge bricks it after a beautiful no look, behind the back, bounce pass from Powell.

You have to hit that! Flanigan has had a great game. They set Berman up perfectly for that corner three and he clanks it poor guy

Ok, there’s 3 white kids on the floor and one of them isn’t Powell. That’s all you really need to know about how this game ended...and 2 of them hit back to back threes

Dominating performance 77 - 44 good guys

I know they are young, but UK is having a rough start this year. It seems like they have gotten worse and worse at shooting every year.

I watched a bit of Kentucky today...always the one and done excuse. Pearls young team looks better coached.

It has been said often, but watching Bruce coach and develop his teams is a thing of beauty. Great win!

We have more talent on this team than I’ve ever seen! We have NBA guys but we also have tough/gritty guys (like Caldwell, Moore and Franklin) that will make this be a net cutting team if they stay together for another year!

Our length remind me of a UK team.

If Thor develops like Okoro or Chuma he'll be a 1st rounder.

He also sat on the bench with the team today as well. He'd been sitting behind the basket by himself previously.

UCF won at FSU tonight. Makes our loss look a little better.
