Bill Walton is a national treasure. He is like the Charles Barkley of color commentary

Walton and Barkley as the broadcast team.
Need a guy to give the score and such.

Did they really have to review if McCormick got that off in time? He literally had 2 secs to spare.

Trash. Trash. Trash. Block out.

I love having Jimmy Dykes as our semi-regular guy. He’s one of the best.

With the slashers we have, would emptying the post create better flow with cutters, etc?
I know Wiley is part of the team, but we can’t seem so enter the ball to him deep consistently.

This team is fast breaks, rebounds, put backs and defense. Not much more right now. Still time to improve. They were starting to play well before they went in extended break. Hopefully they can get back there.

2 assists and poor shooting from all over the floor. J’von is carrying us.

I wonder about this too. We'd lose a lot on the defensive end though. We're a good D team

So Walton is best paired with a partner who is the serious foil to his ridiculous stories. His pac12 partner Dave Pasch is great at playing the role
I would love Barkley as a courtside Sager type reporter / halftime analyst to throw it to for sideline interviews, quick commentary and updates.

This assumes that our guys can pass well

Part of this on Wiley's well documented inability to catch the basketball, but it isn't entirely his fault.
No one on our team does a good job of recognizing rotating rim protectors then softly dumping it to Wiley

McCormick's shot honestly doesn't look that bad. No idea why he is so incredibly inconsistent shooting.
He is 27.7% FT this year (5/18 FT)

McCormick is so bad right now.

Purifoy right now is shooting 59.1% 2FG on the year and his def rebounding% is close to 14% which is second to Wiley on the team.
He is very quietly putting together a great season
