Was it the continued upward trajectory of the program? Or the rapid ascent of our current freshman wing up mock draft boards? The 5-0 start and fun style of play?
I know I sound like sour grapes here but as much as I would caution my QB son from signing at Auburn, hoops is going like this ^^^^^^^

There is now a greater distance of time between his Auburn visit in September and when he plans to commit. He originally planned to commit December 25th. Now he’s not sure and won’t commit until maybe Feb. That doesn’t bode well for us right now.

Long time lurker here with some thoughts on this kid:
I watched a full AAU game with Jaylin. He wasn't much of a factor against a quality team. Had no offensive mojo. He's just tall and somewhat athletic.
Edit: to be clear, I'm talking about Williams.

That actually doesn't help clear it up at all
I know which one you're talking about from the context of the rest of your post, I just thought that was funny

I just didn't want anyone to think I was talking about Jalen. He good.
And our current Jaylin Williams looked much much better offensively in high school than recruit JW. I'm fine missing on this kid.

Okie St received NOA today. per CBS Sports, "If the Level I violation holds, Oklahoma State stands to potentially lose a scholarship or two, face a fine, be docked recruiting days and could face probation."

If you told me 3 years ago that having an AU coach caught paying players resulted in the above, I'd be ecstatic.
The following is what I'm hoping "the worse" would be
- 1 scholarship
- immaterial recruiting amount of recruiting days
- Appropriate probation to ensure AU updates compliance

If we were to be hit with that, i'd be okay with it.

But at the same time, if the schools who have shot a bird to the NCAA get away with it and we get that? I'll be sooooo pissed

Watching Davion Mitchell play for Baylor right now. Man it would of been nice if he had stayed.

I forgot about him. He was explosive in high school and played pretty good D. I bet while watching our run and seeing Harper leave he wished he stayed at Auburn.

We wouldn't have went out and signed McCormick if Mitchell hadn't left, so we'd be in the same position depth-wise as we are now.

A Memphis insider predicts Jalen Green goes pro. Where, I don’t know.

They are similar style players too. Undersized slashing combo guards with high level athleticism. Davion is prob a better on ball defender while I'd trust McCormick as a shooter long term.... Due to his stroke... even if now he is inconsistent
The only adv of Mitchell is that we'd have an additional year if him.

What channel will the game be on tomorrow night?
Posted on 11/24/19 at 9:20 pm to lowspark12
I didn’t know they played games on that channel. Cool.

It's super cool because it isn't included in every standard ESPN/SEC Network package.
