Bryce is Bryce. A great player but has his imperfections like every other player. Fans posting on social media won't change that.
I see what you're saying. Just gets old seeing super fans trying to engage these players. Just sit back and watch the season play out.

Yeah, attacking college athletes on twitter is a total loser move from adults. This isn't even their job. You could argue Bryce needs to thicken his skin a little, but doesn't make the attacker any less of a dweeb.

I think I found the root of our disagreement. The fan didn’t go after his imperfections on the court. Bryce venting or pouting online about tbe fans is more of a Brown thing than an Auburn thing. Would it be different if the fan sought out Brown’s latest post possibly from days ago and said something to tbe effect of: “hey man you suck right now, we need you to bring it.” That would obviously be wrong and intrusive

I have been on the Bryce Brown train since 2015, I'll chime in on this with some takes
-Bryce Brown is the Sammie Coates of AU Bball. All the tools to be an elite CBB player but lacks consistency of holding onto the ball. That said, Coates was still a great AU player just like Brown
- Brown's problems seem to be from Bruce giving him more ball handling responsibility, he is trying to do too much instead of focusing on his core skills
- Brown's offensive attack strategy should be simplified to his best skills: Spot up 3FG, backdoor cuts & transition. Once he gets that back on track, let him try to be a solo playmaker again
- Shooters go through slumps, eventually though they revert back to their mean shooting ability and break from the slump

Why is Auburn commit 2019 F Isaac Okoro (
@isaacokoro303
) of McEachern (GA) considered one of the best defenders nationally? 2019 F Trendon Watford came into this game averaging 34.5 points per game in the City Of Palms. He had 4 tonight

@mikegrib8
He is prob the best pure wing defender I've seen at this level. I expect somethin like 2.7 stl% and 4.5 blk% next year at Auburn, along with some of the best on ball D in the nation and advanced team defense positioning and motor

Sad news to wake up to.
Saddened to report one of Auburn’s all time greats, Frank Ford passed away Friday evening.He was 14th all-time scoring list and 2nd in career games. He was a great teammate, brother, friend to so many of us. Please pray for his family. RIP Bull

I am ready for a basketball win to get this team back on track.

I see we learned a bunch from the loss to NC State.

Purifoy with an ugly flat shot and not knowing what to do on defense. McLemore nonexistent as usual. Other team came to play so once again we're just standing around clueless.

Thank god for Austin Wiley.

Wish they'd stop forcing it to Wiley when it's not there. Good teams on the road feast on that.

Standing around ball watching on defense.

Defend the damn 3 pt line.

We will finish about 4th in the SEC West. We quit playing D and playing hard.

Doughty should be better than he is playing, especially since he is a threat when open for 3
He seems hesitant when going to the rim, especially when trying to finish

Wiley has been a great addition and McCormick has really stepped up his game.
