.02 - cmon. That’s embarrassing. Why even ask him to blow. He obviously showed no signs of being even ‘buzzed’. He must have told them he had a beer, which is a bad idea. Never tell cops anything. .02 is what happens when you gargle with mouthwash. Then they let people drive around on all kinds of prescription meds that are way more disruptive than .02. Maybe the cop was cutting him a break. Maybe he had beer open, or other smelly stuff and he just hit him with lowest possible option. Either that or he was busting his balls because that’s a pretty bad look. Wonder what he did to get pulled over when he was .02.

I actually heard today they his DUI was on one of those bird scooters…
