-Sounds like he gives control of the offense to the OC but is very involved in QB development and has a good reputation for it.
-He’s big on processes
I know coaches tend to get puff pieces written about them soon after they’re hired but damn it they work.

If he can get good players to come play on that vomit-inducing blue field then he must be good.
