You yes voters think about this. No matter how well intentioned this is. There will always be incident even if an outsider is not flaming. Every fanbase has fans that post who will go off just by seeing an outsider post in their board. Add the emotions of football season and alcohol and you have very combustable elements there.

There are posters I have never seen before commenting on these thread. THis is getting nuts.
The only thing I haven't really been understanding of is why a trial is a horrible idea considering if we don't like it in a month we have this vote, we kick everyone off.
Also, posters don't post on other team's boards often. The only ones that do are guys that have a connection or are well liked by that board since flamers get kicked off
Still trying to understand those parts and no one has give me a perfectly coherent response.

Here's a compromise? Maybe at the end of the season, after the SEC Championship Game or after National Signing Day we allow some Bama posters
I know that is far off but I just think we will all be a little sensitive this upcoming football season which may not be the right time for our rivals to join our board

While I believe we can see if this happens on a trail basis because I don't think it will, I at least can respect how you posted this and see your point.
