Well, the realization that there are Auburn posters that have access to the Bama board already, for one.
Don't think it's fair for them to allow us over there and us to shut them down completely.

This is what irks me about some of you guys and why I dont want Alabama posters on this boards. You all are so scared of being compared to NtY and Aufamily that you go out of your way to appease the Bama majority. Not wanting Alabama posters on an Auburn board does not make us apart of the fringe lunatic fanbase

How is allowing a limited number of quality posters to our board appeasing the Bama majority?
I would love having 2-3 quality posters from UGA/OM and UF on here too since they would be able to provide recruiting insights and backgrounds

I vote NO to every single one of them.We had to hide in the recruiting thread last year to actually discuss things before this board was created because those bunch of a holes.

Here's one thing to consider while we are all having this discussion. Whose to say the select few who can post without extreme Bama bias will even want to post over here. I consider myself fairly down to earth in recruiting. I read the Bama recruiting thread a lot and have rarely wanted to add anything to their discussion other than laughing my arse off when Sandkhan blew a fuse when Bama accepted a kicker for this class.

For clarity, since there will be a vote, you could just not vote for those A Holes and if they didn't get approved, they wouldn't get in. There are guys like Magilla who never flames that would be quality contributors

So why didnt you say that in the beginning? More importantly, have any of these posters, Bama inclueded actually requested access to our board?

That's the point. He started out wanted a small minority of bama posters in here. He changed his tune when people said no. Don't make me link you again, Gene.

I would love for people with quality information that won't flame from any fanbase to have access.
Unless I am wrong, we already take people from other fanbases. Bama is the exception but yet they have the most relevant information.
I don't want people flaming and ruining this board either which is why I suggested from the beginning a trial of quality posters ( I wouldn't mind 3 or 10 if they are solid and stay AU relevant). I have only suggested people that I believe could add to discussion and be quality posters. I have no problem if this gets approved of voting on every person and if you don't get some arbitrary majority (1/2+1 , 75% etc) you don't get in end of story
