REALLY sorry OT gameday post, but anyone want 9 acres on Lake Chatuge in Hiawasee, Ga?

Really sorry for the gameday post. Then again it's ASU. Even shitfaced Freemanjiro would not throw this out on a big football weekend (though they are all pretty big I guess.) I just thought I would ask. If not interested, sorry for your time and War Eagle.

My aunt is 81, lives in middle Tennessee by herself and is looking to sell 9 beautiful acres / natural forest / house, etc with great views of the lake and Blue Ridge / southern Appalachian Mts., nature's paradise. I have spent plenty of time camping, trout fishing and canoeing / kayaking throughout N. Ga, Cherokee Nat'l Forest and surrounding areas in Tn and NC. Lanier probably knows the area quite well.

I talked with Aunt Polly tonight and this is what I know, and I will pass on any questions, etc. She and her ex-POS husband bought 5 acres years ago and then my aunt bought the adjoining 4 acres and I think (believe) that the 9 acres are legally split into 3 lots, one of which includes the house, etc. She bought it from Bill Allen (Alan?) who worked with the AJC years ago and was a friend. As to what she is asking....honestly, I would say it depends on the possible buyer, his or her situation and reasons for wanting the property etc. It hit me today. Some of you are far flung in Utah, Colorado, fricking Trinidad, Japan for me......but one of my absolute favorite places in the entire world (subtle brag, but Hawaii is my last remaining state to experience, thanks to my parents and family) is Cherokee and Nantahala National Forests (Joyce Kilmer, etc) and that area of TN / NC / North Ga. My Dad was a Botany Prof. at AU and always took his spring and summer classes to study and collect. Gatlinburg and the annual "Wildflower Pilgrimage" spring quarter or camping at Bald River State Park in the summers. Good times. I always thought my dad was an a-hole because he held high expectations for his students and for me. I didn't get it at the time because I was young and stupid. Now I have an 18 year old son. I get it. Perspective.
