IF Auburn wins in Pasadena what are the odds that Nick throws his name into the draft a year early?

Would he project as a QB in the league, or would they move him back to DB?

Zero to none. He needs to prove he can do more at the QB position for the pro's. He will be back.

He will never play QB in the NFL IMO. Great athlete and will probably get his chance as WR or DB.

Maybe

If he really needs the money, he has shown enough athleticism this year on such a big stage that someone would take a flier on him as a DB

I would have said this a few years ago, but I think you will see a move towards option read offenses coming soon. You never know, but overall I agree with you

He's a poor-man's Kaepernick in that regard, who isn't exactly lighting it up anymore

I am afraid that he may have killed his chances at the nfl when he changed positions.

I think Nick Marshall is a perfect QB for Gus's system but not in the NFL. He doesnt have the arm accuracy and running will get you killed unless you are Cam sized. Even he doesnt run like he did under Gus at Auburn.

If NM goes to the league, I think it will be as a DB.
