If Perry becomes what we think he can be he wouldn’t be here 4 years anyway. Not to concerning for me but I think body composition could have started earlier if he did redshirt.

i honestly believe i enjoyed the sport infinitely more when the only news i got on the program was from the Sunday papers, Auburn Football Review, Dye’s weekly call-in radio show, and the ITAT newsletter my dad subscribed to

Still Hate Walker left. He’s missing a huge opportunity this spring and next season.
QB run scheme will change a little they Walker would have excelled at. Inside power run should come back to the QB position. When we go 5 wide we can run Split zone or QB power with the QB.
Arnold, Daniels, Deuce and Walker can all run inside. Thorne, Hank, and Holden couldn’t. Big change for QB run game.

Not sure where you got this info, but food for thought - Perry reposted this on Nov 26th. You have to assume if he doesn’t get a decent amount of touches, he will be gone next year.

I think bottom line for White... I'm guessing he didn't like the idea of a guy like Arnold starting 2 years in front of him. Probably wants a shot to be the guy and with Knight coming in behind him and Arnold going into 2025 he may have seen the writing on the wall

I got from people that would know. Perry was asked to redshirt. He declined. It’s not some conspiracy theory. Hell it’s not even a big deal. I’m not shitting on the kid, not at all. Just pointing out what I think and the coaches thought that he needed to improve before getting on the field consistently.

I think that Charolette kid makes sense. He's motivated to prove he can play, let him come in and work to prove it. No harm in that, and won't make our team worse.
