OK State went 1-11 and fired their coach and so far 2 of our big portal targets are from that team. Ok.
Singleton for Singleton would be a fine swap. I don't think its a guarantee the USF WRs or Brown comes here though. You have to convince them to play in rebuilt WR room and behind 5 brand new portal OL.. Brown will for sure have better options than that. It will just come down to if he wants to play for Golesh/the OC.or not. If it was a lock though, it would have been announced already.

Also, what makes you think the DE I just posted is one of our "big" targets? We don't even know if we will be going after him, just posted because Atkins shared it.

Umm, yeah there is a rule called tampering. Committing to a team prior to entering an open portal would be telling the world there has been improper communication between a school and a player. Yes, we all know its going on, but its illegal.

Wrong LOL. A player can not announce a commitment to a new school when they haven't even formally been released by their previous school. This is common sense shite. This is why literally all of these announcement Tweets explicitly state that "So and So INTENDS TO ENTER the Portal". If they are not formally in the Portal, then they CAN NOT commit to another school openly.

Offering a player outside of the portal is the definition of tampering. He cant commit without an offer. Yes, everyone is tampering, but a commitment is just asking for a recruiting infraction.
