I am going with 9-10 years.
1) DM are total BS, he did not attack, harass or intimidate the accuser.
2) Recruting violations at Ole Miss. he was not directly implicated, different times and the findings were tame.
3) Calling escort services on a university Phone is the most troubling. This is what got him fired at Ole Miss. still that should not keep him out of coaching forever.
