Marty was funny and a pretty cool guy when he worked for Turner/TNT/NASCAR Media back in the early 2000s. He was part of Dale Jr.'s crew. Then he used that to get in with ESPN when they got back into broadcasting the Cup series and it was then they he started thinking he was the coolest cat in the house.
I think I really noticed it when they used him as a feature reporter on GameDay when Tenn and VT played at Bristol.

Marty is difficult for me to tolerate. Burns is fine.
Side note- my daughter (no pics) worked the press at the Masters this year and had multiple interactions with Marty. She said he was super nice, which will make me try to tolerate him more.

Mute categories include:
1) Anytime Marty talks with hizz acksent.
2) Burger King commercials; whopper whopper whopper whopper
3) The Dos Equis commercial
4) Later in the SZN Decembahh to Remembahh
5) Anything else that is annoying

I guess this is two TV guys?
Honestly don't know who either are. I watch games, but that's it when it comes to TV. And, when I do watch, I rarely care about who the announcers are unless they are especially bad.
Don't get me wrong, I understand the obsession with sports media. I was that guy years ago (along with "fantasy sports"). I gave up wasting my time and energy on scripted sports "entertainment" long ago though.
