Not anymore, court ruled you can change as often as you want.
Im waiting on the first rendition of the Alabama high school shuffle, were a college team makes it to the playoffs and kids start transferring in the week before the game.

No, I hope you're right. Have been so far. But time will tell. Kiffin looks out for real though. Will Durkin help in recruiting? I am asking that seriously

The court ruling was only for a 14 day period in December. The NCAA did extend it through the 2023-2024 sports season though.
