He missed on Kiehl Frazier, he missed on JJ, he didn't know what he had in Cam until the third game of the season. I don't know how well Gus can evaluate talent especially at the qb position.

It's obvious JJ is fricked in the mind, he's a good qb, but after that first game he was screwed mentally and doesn't look like he'll get it back... It's really sad for the kid and for us, but unless a miracle happens and the light comes back on, he's done.
