Ah thanks Rocky but I already saw this. I must of missed the juke lol.
I'll rewatch it, but on a side note, I'm kinda surprised at how many people think JJ won't be a threat running the football. He was also Mr. Basketball for AL so I mean he's got to have some moves.
I mean yea I get it we didn't run it much with him at QB last year, but I honestly wonder if Gus purposefully didn't call any run plays for JJ because he knew that if the fans figured out that JJ could run anywhere near as well as NM then they'd start chanting his name at the games and ruin any team chemistry and faith in NM.
That's just me thinking with my tin foil hat on though. Time to take it off and watch this clip again.
EDIT: Damn it I'm an idiot lol

JJ is more athletic and moves better than Jameis Winston. Winston was pretty mobile and a good runner despite being in a pro style offense

Oh that juke comment was more of a joke to Lanier. My apologies.
JJ as I have said in the past will surprise many.

Jeremy has the better arm from what I've seen so far but come on we haven't really seen him run yet outside of his high school tape. He could be a great runner and more athletic but you've set the bar awfully high

INTs are less about arm-strength and accuracy and more about decision making.
as for pure athleticism, the edge probably goes to JJ... mostly because JW is fat now.

Winston was drafted 1st overall because his football IQ, arm strength and such. He only ran a 4.9 and is more Big Ben than Cam Newton.
I'm not saying he isn't athletic, just that JJ is a better athlete than Winston except probably strength.

Couldn't help but notice Roc and Barber running drills with JJ...
Let the speculation begin!

Are you high or retarded?
JJ played in one half last season. Arky game planned for a run game based on last year's playbook. We countered that by passing the ball against a weak secondary.
Also Nick Marshall was not the issue last season.

Byron Cowart is a large human being. The nation’s No. 1 overall prospect in this past signing class was out there on Tuesday for the first day of practice after enrolling in classes this summer. The five-star defensive end, who is expected to make an early impact for Auburn’s revamped defense, is every bit the 6-foot-3, 277 pounds Auburn has him listed at on the official fall roster.
ESPN recruiting had him listed at 6'4" 258
Rivals recruiting had him listed at 6'3" 252
24/7 recruiting had him listed at 6'4" 250
So he basically put on 20 pounds, depending on which site you go by, since he signed his commitment. He's been working!
