Gus tried to change the offense this year and it is backfiring. He's not doing a great job of adapting.

I am really ready to fire Gus. I dont give a shite how many recruits we lose. He has not changed or made any improvement all year. What makes anyone think next year will be any better?

What is White's strengths? Gus calls a deep pass, RL is open, and he under throws it. Gus calls an easy 5 yd out, and he throws a pick 6. Yet, it is Gus' fault. Seems to me White is lacking talent to play QB.

I think Sean could run the read option if given the chance. He's not a freak like Marshall, but the kid can run.
