what makes you think Kiffin would leave Ole Miss for Auburn?

I initially didn’t want Kiffin — at all..... but now that our administration has caused an abortion of national coaching search, Kiffin may be the only thing that can rescue Auburn from Auburn.

And you know Clark doesn't have the connections to hire a good staff either, stayed in Alabama his whole life. Another fricking high school coach.

Pretty much my thoughts as well. Anybody but Steele/ Clark/ Neal Brown.

Auburn is a top fifteen school. What is going on now is self inflicted embarrassment.

What are y'all going to do if Clark is hired and retains all of Gus's staff?

I'm going to have a hard time even bothering from now on if that is the case, even if its just Steele and Garner. I want them gone along with the rest of the staff. Football is going to end up being relegated down to what basketball used to be.

I think if Bill Clark puts together a dynamite offensive staff and hires an ace recruiting coordinator we could compete. Too bad Billy Napier is basically both of those things in one package. The coaching search was def melt worthy but I don’t think hiring Clark is. Yet...

No word ever came out about JJ opposing this stuff. There’s been a lot of stuff about Greene opposing all the bullshite we don’t want.

You know how you really make it clear that you won't put up with this "bullshite"?

You resign your position to make it clear.

Has AG turned in his notice yet? No? Until he does, I'll just figure that he's fine in going along to get along, if you don't mind.

My source just said it’s Clark. Final details being worked out now. Probably know by end of day.

As an Auburn alum, and someone that played for Clark, this is a dream come true.

I just hope he gets the support that all head coaches deserve, which as we know, probably won't happen at Auburn.

Agreed. If you just take Auburn politics out of it, Auburn is probably a top 8 job. Recent success, fertile recruiting ground, SEC, money for facilities, great fan support. Unfortunately politics drag us out of that top 10.
