It is. I’m going to mess with some of the sliders some. It seems that player awareness is just awful. Try and get it to where it doesn’t feel like if the computer decides it is going to get a big play, it will no matter what you do.
If I frick up or call a bad matchup, burn me. If I’m playing a tight zone and the computer does a curl route and my guy keeps shuffling back 30 yards behind the receiver instead of playing his zone, that’s some bullshite

I'm curious, is it still missing the fight song?
I know that in the earlier iterations of the game they had to use Tiger Rag and/or Glor, Glory because AU doesn't/didn't hold the copyright to allow them to use War Eagle.

Jarquez won the Heisman in my first season and currently Cam Coleman and Cobb are battling it out for the Heisman in season 2.

Madden updates rosters weekly. Now that the CFB game reflects actual likenesses and isn't just RB #27 that supposedly isn't Cowboy.. they will likely do the same.

Yeah feels about right, Aubie is in it this time instead of just cheerleaders. The crowd does a little bit too much of the swag surf dance when they cut to them, the band is using brass not silver instruments and the uniform is colored wrong, that's pretty much my only beefs with the feel of the game setting.

Gotta mix up your shells and coverages. The CPU will adjust if you do the same things I've noticed. Heisman is impossible to stop, just robo qbs all day.
On All American if I user the inside routes correct I can get some stops most of the time.

I can’t do shite on offense. Idk if the read option being different if just fricking me up or what, but I’m looking like AU’s real life offense of the potato years, finally have a decent drive only to throw a pick when I’m in scoring position. Freshman and Varsity feel too easy but All-American and Heisman giving me fits. Hopefully I’m just out of practice.

Me too, man! Me too. I’ve had fun with all of the games, but only a few really stood out to me. NCAA 98- the first one on PlayStation. NCAA 2002- the first one on PS2, the jump in graphics and fun was mind blowing. NCAA 14- great physics. And this one, College Football 25- it just has the fun factor that has been missing from other football games.

That it is. Started to get the hang of it though. Regardless, when the AI decides it wants to score, it is scoring. Nothing you can do about it. Tweaking the sliders some definitely helped it feel a bit more realistic though.

Anyone else noticed subs not working? Game is screaming at me that Hunter is at a high risk of injury and I’m up so I try to sub him out and he just stays in the game.

This. The change of the A button on the read option has completely broken me. I know, wild something so simple as the A button can change it completely. I can’t run it now

Yea it’s been weird. OS has some sliders for subs that I think fixes things.
I also had two games where I got up pretty big and it auto subbed in my whole second team like midway through the third quarter. Then I’ve had others where I’m up even more and starters are in until the end. They really need to get the mass sub functions back.

Took me a while to get used to it, but I am fine with it now. It makes more sense to be honest but after a decade + of the other way, the brain doesn’t like it.
