Just Auburn Being Auburn is selling out a home stadium and giving it our all for a team that was on a five game losing streak after three straight disappointing seasons. You would have thought we were playing for the Western spot in the SECCG.

We’ve got an interim coach leading a pretty damn bad football team to an SEC victory. Our interim coach is a legend for our school and he embodied what we mean when we say the creed. He loves Auburn and it’s apparent that Auburn loves him.

Other fanbases call us crazy and cultish, and maybe we are. It’s like when we got to roll Toomers one last time and packed downtown with tens of thousands of people. Because we LOVE Auburn. It is absolutely a family.

We might be kooky but I can’t imagine any other program experiencing this little moment in history like we are currently.

Anyone who attended Auburn knows what it means to be an Auburn Tiger. Honestly, none of this is surprising. This is the spirit of Auburn showing out.

In other boards when people ask why a coach would want to come here point to this game. We're playing to not be last in the division and just sold out the stadium, went absolutely bonkers for a 13-3 game, and rolled Toomers.

They'll be partying all night in AU for a team that's unlikely to be bowl eligible.

I’m not an alumni but Ive loved Auburn for couple decades and working on my third. I think y’all are getting too carried away with the Caddy sensationalism.

At the P5 level? I honestly can't think of any, except maybe Michigan, emphasis on MAYBE.

There are probably a few G5 schools that have could have similar things, albeit on a much smaller level.

And the service academies have a similar turnout and excitement, but only when they play each other.

I will say this, the last 7 days, we need to be thanking the national media for the amount of positive work they have done to put us in a positive light.

Jang, do us all a favor and go sit on the sidelines until tomorrow. Let us, and Caddy, have this one.

Jang, Amigo, enjoy the moment, we snapped a 5 game losing streak with a beloved AU legend

We can talk about all the semantics later, but have some fun

I'm going to bed, see y'all later

Caddy just held his presser. He went for 7:45 in his opening monolog before taking any questions. It was a pretty amazing speech.

"I'm not gonna lie, when they first told me I was coach, I was very scared."

He said Tank, Hunter and several other guys came to him privately and said "Coach, we can tell you're scared." Caddy told them "yeah, I am." He said they told him to "just be who you are and don't change."

Lane train was derailed for me tonight, I couldn't take another coach making poor 4th down decisions, and he's honestly not the best at fundamentals with his team.

I think someone said Pruitt was there tonight, what if we have Caddy as HC with Pruitt as DC then find a great OC? Particularly one that can work with either a WR coach with his salt or QBs to get our passing game right. This let's Caddy just make the big decisions and motivate and not add much of the finer details of working the offense

Outside of a frustrating QB it was a pretty memorable game with the energy of the Auburn team, fans, band, etc. that I have always loved.

Caddy is a top notch person and is indeed showing us what it means to be an Auburn man. It’s been fun watching his personality come out. I don’t know what the future will hold for Caddy but I hope the love he has for the school remains should he decide to move on or staying on in some capacity.

He really has made it fun and even the announcers made several comments of what a great destination Auburn is for a coach. War Eagle gents and I know my step dad, may he RIP, would have loved the feel of this game despite our shortcomings.
