Disagree. This is a scandal either way.
The conclusion may be different because of job performance, sure.

Look it's MSU, with all the issues they have had with that Dr and the gymnastic team and Olympic team they are not going to sit on this, but make no mistake it got exposed because they need to get out of a large payout to Tucker.

Maybe, but this also made the University Prez & AD look bad, like they were sitting on it by not suspending Tucker before the reporting came out.
I don’t think the university was interested in this story getting out until the title IX hearing occurred, but maybe a booster? Certainly if it was some grand conspiracy by all parties involved to get rid of Tucker this would’ve gotten publicity when it was first being investigated months ago.
I’m guessing this got out because of the woman involved or some whistleblower type within the university that wasn’t happy Tuck was still coaching and all was being held under wraps, in light of the Nassar issues.

Don't think it was a grand conspiracy, it only takes one booster. Not all involved would be in alignment most likely and I could see a booster shoving it into the spotlight.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter why, it's out there now. It could very well be all coincidence but gave boosters and the school a way out of that 70M buyout.

If Tucker being freaky is scandalous sure.
There were 27 thirty minute conversations by those two.
Tucker is getting railroaded here.

It is when you are a prominent public figure, and one of your state’s highest paid employees.

He will have his day in court if MSU decides to fire him with cause.

I can agree if he doesn't get a penny of his contract...then yeah, they put this out to the media to get off the hook of that terrible contract. Because as you said, she seemed to be a willing participant from what I've read. She was accepting gifts and payments directly from him and having a shitload of contact with him.
If they can settle and make the University take less of a hit and he gets some of his contract they pledged, I thinks probably best case for both parties. Hell, throw the lady a bone to and give her and her foundation some money. Everyone comes out happy
He's still a fricking moron getting involved with a woman whose job is...well whatever her "job" is.

Another thing he is being an idiot about is saying that he won't show up to the university hearing that will most likely reveal his fate. He is basically already calling it a sham hearing and such. But, what if on that day, MSU investigators side with him and find it was a relationship between two consenting adults and no wrong was done.

Him publicly speaking before it does him no good and his attorney is just as big of an idiot for not muzzling him.

if there were any justice, the activist bitch would get fined for filing a fraudulent complaint (since she destroyed potentially exculpatory evidence), Tucker would get fired without a dime and blackballed (no pun intended) from coaching forever, and Sparty would lose tens of millions in legal fees for signing such a ridiculous contract in the first place

Tucker should be doing seminars, educating men on the dangers of women like that.
I would like to see men that have been burned step up and do seminars. Many men walk into female traps cause they think the chick is cool and can talk shiiit to them.

Well, that would be fun. I was speaking strictly from the MSU POV as to a best case scenario for them to get this off their plate.
