The point that you can't put blind faith into the cops is understood. but there are rotten apples, not spoiled barrels in most honest crafts. I trust the cop report on a routine domestic case.

From there it moved to the Informal Resolution Process, which is the fact-finding mission handled inside the Title IX department. After interviews with the alleged victim as well as a witness and Simmons, they found Simmons not responsible.

In regards to police, if they have the ability to take your life and freedom, they should at least be intelligent, have a firm grasp of the law and know the rights of US citizens.
