I will say Cohen really seems to think outside the box and gears towards the fan’s gameday experience.
The upper level “pod” premium seating at Davis Wade is a really cool concept….imagine being able to basically continue your tailgate inside the stadium? That is what those will allow. Very cool.

How about let’s clean up the outside first. There doesn’t seem to be a long term upgrade for JHS, they just keep slapping random projects on it.
