I watched the replay last night, so I have a fresh melt. When that penalty happened with 3 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter, it was 24-3 and should have been 31-3. How the F did the defense and offense just pack it in in the 4th quarter, and they had to barely hang on instead of completing the beatdown?! These boys need to learn how to have a killer instinct and not let their foot off of someone's throat when they have them down.
P.S. I can't put all the blame on the defense. JJ gave Louisville prime field position with his interceptions.

The difference this season from last year already is we have a front 4 that can cover mistakes on the backend. Last season basically all of our busts were exploited because QB had all day. Not this year with Adams/Lawson/Russell/Cowart

So I had to build a bunch of baits this afternoon. I turned on the Washington State game from 2013 which was our first game. We improved sooooooooooo much from that game till the 4th game of the season, it was unreal.
No reason to think we will not see some major improvement this year as well.
Our Offensive line, defensive line, QB play and running back play was very poor in the Washington St game. We are light years ahead of that right now.
Made me feel so posi, I just had to share.
