I dislike Freeze
Freeze COULD turn it around. He has to have a come to Jesus understanding that his play calling/offense days are behind him. He has to give up play calling and get lucky on a bright young OC. Freeze focus on recruiting. He is good at recruiting.
Of course very little chance this happens so another wasted year next year

Freeze can only win on talent alone. He is a god awful coach.

Nobody called and asked for my opinion before he was hired but I hoped he’d be successful snd I still do. Not too sold on him but I’m hoping he gets things together.

Freeze leaves any sense of upward trajectory up to our imagination but he is recruiting above our wildest dreams.
I feel his career is a coin flip. Maybe Coin flop it in our favor....
