How is this true? If true, then our run game will not be full potential and will alter our chances on winning the game. God damn it.

If true and he isn't going to play, you can't blame the coaches for not saying anything. A secrete like that would give us an advantage for like 3 seconds of the game.. Clemson would we running around like chickens with their heads cut off

Yeah, but was this injury before or after Gus said he was "fresh and ready to go"

We have gone beyond "coach speak"...we have reached a new level "Gus speak". A player could have his arm amputated and he would be "day to day". A player could have contracted the West Nile virus and be "good to go". A trainer girl for the team could be pregnant and she would be dealing with "internal issues".
"I'll take falsities of Gus for 1000, Alex." "Answer: He is perfectly fine and good to go." "What is, he passed away, Alex?" "Correct!"

He was probably so high on The Marijuana that he stepped in a hole or something.
And, if true, can we now throw him in the "always injured" box with KJ?

Why the hell does it matter what Gus tells the fans? If the guy is hurt and not going to play, telling the world wont change that. Unless you guys have some kind of magic healing power that we need to know about.
If dude is hurt, then one of TigerPaw's other every down back will step up and dominate against Clemsons defense
This is one of my "why is this a issue" things. Other than just trying to dog Gus about some trivial BS

I guess there is some advantage in that it makes the opposing team spend time preparing for it, but why not announce on Friday if someone is hurt. Opponents are done preparing at that point, and fans will have 24 hrs to digest instead of the bomb being dropped at kickoff. That's so damn frustrating.
The other team knows during warm-ups who isn't playing so why the secrecy until kickoff?

Or, or, maybe just not say anything? He owes nothing to anybody about injury updates, but to say "good to go" is simply getting old. I would he rather say, "I'm not discussing injuries".

Absolutely. If its Gus policy to not comment on injuries, just say that. The fans are the ones getting suckered when he straight lies about it.

Yeah we cant do shite about it, but it is nice, as a fan, to have a realistic expectation of our team's performance going into a game.

Just saw a pic of KP getting on the bus. No boot. Could just be Gus hiding it from media.

Maybe he had a boot because it gives better support...if there is no boot now and hes playing then im cool with it. Lets wreck shite.

Nobody said he wasn't going to play. Only pointing out that he was in a boot this week. Don't know if precautionary or what. I expect him to play.
