Outside of MC and Napier, the rest of the rumored candidates were fricking terrible. Still upset about the Napier situation, but I can ride with Harsin.

It is at least something different than what we've been doing.

I think if he could build some recruiting excitement next year, he could be OK. Without it, he is doomed.

He is not going to beat up on the SEC West with 3 star recruits. Its going to be a huge job for him and unfortunately, he is starting in a hole.

Plus, they need to leave him the frick alone and let him run the football program

We are still Auburn. We will get 4 star players and players of higher caliber than what he got at Boise

I dunno, as much as I was ready for him to go at the end, Tuberville did a pretty darned good job in the SEC West regularly recruiting 3-stars. But everything I read about Harsin is that he is an excellent recruiter, so we'll see if that translates to the southeastern U.S. on the regular.

Again, every coach hired over the last 40 years has had a huge job and has started in a hole. And they all had sucess.

This is fricking Auburn, not Vanderbilt. If he's a good coach and recruiter, he'll succeed. If he's not, he'll fail. What a concept.
