How do we find a Truesdale late in cycle and make a player out of him, but we can't find an offensive lineman better than our starting 5?

The offensive staff can't prepare a team to play.

That OL has enough talent to be better than average in the SEC. It's Gus.

The gaps in OL recruiting have always been concerning. We need to get 2-3 top OL every, single year. Under Gus, we don’t get any for two years, then we get 6 or more in one year and hope it works out.

Supposedly Gus has been very involved in OL recruiting evals and offers which has lead to late offers to future top recruits and lack of back up plans

Someone had put out there that we had the inside shot on a 5* OT last cycle after finding him early as a 3* and Gus slow played him

It’s called being out recruited. If your going to be consistently out recruited at least develop what you have.
