Hats off to cowboy, he was jacking some linebakers on blitzes.

Had a long run and the very next play stopped a blitzing linebacker.
Had a long run for a touchdown and ran the vandy kickoff returner out of bounds on the next play.
Made a nice seal off block for someone else to run in for a TD.

Yes but he was the only back. Probably got his arse chewed because he blew a blitz pickup letting a sack happen. Our RBs have been extremely poor in pass pro for a few years now.
Not saying we are soft but we are a little soft at the skill positions. DJ finally tackled some guys yesterday. Hunter finally picked up some rushers in pass pro. Still haven’t seen Fairweather just dominate a DB while blocking. Might be the worst blocking TE I’ve ever seen even for one that’s more like a WR.

That one sack was on Lew. Two backers cross, he picked up the one to the right that our guard had blocked and the other ran free to Thorne.
Course it is nice we can actually identify the mistakes, in the past there was such a plethora of them that they were too voluminous to discuss.
