It’s from our rental on Amelia island this week. I am on a beach vacation. LOL.

Within Mtn Brook itself there are a few categories/tiers:
Generationally wealthy - these include multiple generations living here and passing houses down. They are usually the richest because they have little to no mortgage debt.
“Son-in-laws” - women meeting someone in college and then dragging their spouses back here.
High profile C-suite types, business owners, lawyers and doctors
Younger families who are usually highly educated and both spouses have good jobs in tech or other fields and first generation residents.
