Did you go see Willie baw? Would be a fun redneck concert there. LOL
Cold AF here this morning. Double nickel , 55, when I woke up. Had the windows open last night for some free air conditioning, 75 today then 55 again tonight then back to normal tomorrow.
A small reminder of why I like it here
Have a good one today gents... And that WaregleGal chick

I did go see Willie, it was a damn good time! God bless that 90 yr old man for coming out on a cold windy night and playing as late and as long as he did. His voice is weaker now, you can hear the age in it, but it was still one of the best concert experiences I’ve been to and I go to a lot of shows

Grilling a honey siracha pork tenderloin tomorrow with some pineapple sausage. Don Julio will be joining me.

Drinking a stubby Banquet waiting on the Mrs to head to dinner. Probably an early night, since it's a long day tomorrow with the Auburn game schlep.

Just woke up from a nap. Dont do many of those. Wife is about to make some enchiladas. Then she is working tonight. Thinking about pouring some Titos tonight.

Long day tomorrow. I have a bunch of work to do on the boat tomorrow. Picked it up this afternoon. New rod holders, repair or replace a broken stern light, charger issue, new jack assy for the trailer. May take it over to a local lake Sunday and do some bass fishing. The bay is rocking right now. Winds have just been too strong to go out.
I need to do some maintenance on the trolling motor too. Its time.. My dream of trading up to a 27'with twins is just a dream right now. Mortgage rates going up eliminated that. I have to make sure this bitch can last a while

I get that, but you're sitting pretty sweet. A new 4 stroke and a Sea Tow membership will cover a lot of water.

What you doing to that thing?

That's the pursuit of excellence
in the making.
Although truth be, since the covid price jumps, it may simply end up a thousand dollar pile of carbon, s-glass, and kevlar. Amazing how much it cost to test an idea these days. And yes some have gone straight to the dump.
It's still in the design phase, so that's a bunch of foam, bondo, and the cheapest of fiberglass holding it all together. Temporarily outside to spray sandable gray since there's really not enough ventilation in the shop. Boats and boating there's never enough. (eta: it's a steep creek/playboat - really ought to proof read)

Every project I wanted to do today was a failure. I either could not find what I needed or had the wrong thing.
Today felt like a Auburn offensive series with Peyton Thorne at the controls.
Will try again tomorrow. Not even sure what I can accomplish.
