What is happening tonight baws of the Auburn board?
Sitting here sipping on a rita waiting on the tacos to be served up. Watching a little US Open and the Illinois game.
Working in the morning till lunch then home to watch some games. May not make the Auburn game tomorrow night. Heading off shore Sunday morning. Have a 4am wake up call. May just skip the game.
Hope you are all well and chillin this fine Friday night.

Watching the Kansas vs Illinois, cooked up some stir fry. Spoke to my son and thinking about my sleep cycle for tomorrow night. Have a great trip tomorrow.
Glad to see the weather is cooling off...may get up and go for a nice 20 miler in the morning to ease back into it.

If I was any better…I’d be you, Spots
Just made a quick “engine tune up run” around the cove to make sure the starter I replaced last weekend is good to go on my boat so it won’t crap out and I won’t get stranded when I take out my nuclear family unit and “In-Laws/Neices-Nephews” out tomorrow for wakeboarding/wake surfing.
My shite seemed tight enough tonight…hope it holds up though tomorrow?
The “Mrs. Bus” has whipped up some pressed Cuban Sammiches, Black Beans & Rice, and Flan for dinner tonight & mixed up a couple of pitchers of Mojitos for the Crew.

Working tomorrow. Heading out of St Pete Sunday morning. Wont finish the game Saturday night
Enjoy your milage. Watch out for the dumbasses. Had a crash in front of the shop today. Crazy

I have not had a starter issue in many many years. You running a outboard or inboard?

Enjoying watching KU push Bert's shite in and the Braves just pummeling the Pirates. Just finished my AUsome dog Leo's morning snack hunt and to do / watch lists for the weekend. Babysitting Jang - he needs some attention. Weather is nice here - Stormy Weathers headed for the Southeast? POSI[HARD ON] OFF. wdmfe!

Watching the KU game now. I am in a two day golf tournament today and tomorrow.
It’s three man teams and you play against another three man team, so six people golfing with 36 teams. 6 hour round in 104 degree weather. They do have food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) every two to three holes. They gave us special rags to dip in ice cold water to wrap on head or neck.
Fun tourney but difficult to get in a rhythm waiting almost every shot.

Golf requires goofy pants and a fat arse. You should talk to my neighbor, the accountant. Probably a great golfer. HUGE arse.

WEATHER ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME sorry, minus a degree or 2. My house is on a hill and there is always a nice breeze. Know you are on vacay, or were, but where exactly?

Inboard.
It’s a Malibu Response that we’ve had for 24 years. We’ve been pretty meticulous about keeping it in good shape, and keep it under cover in the barn if it’s not in the water.
It’s a 5.7 liter Indmar V-8
Still spins like a top. Changed the alternator for the 1st time last year (I’ve changed the belts every five years wether it needed it or not)
(Knock on Wood)…I’ve done all the maintenance & repairs on it…never been in any shop besides mine.
The starter “gave up the ghost” a couple of weeks ago…but at 24 years?…it was due to crap out.
It’s a mid-engine, direct drive configuration, so it’s actually really practical to work on in terms of ease of access & being able to comfortably “put a wrench” on nearly everything in the engine compartment…the drive train is also pretty straightforward to maintain & service.

This statement is true. Glad you're back to paradise safely. It's a good feeling.
