This was a retarded quote though at the time and royally pissed me off after that loss. Wanted him gone quickly. We were wrong and Gus did the impossible(WIN OUT regular season to go to SEC Champ). We were honestly asking for that and he fricking did it. Incredible. We are about to do even more ridiculous things like go to CFP. Gus I bow to you.

I am extremely happy I was wrong.

Sometimes I'm glad the internet exists so people can be on record with their idiocy.

I think Gus in pass picked a WR to go to presnap.

Now I think Stidham is picking the WR to throw to based on reads. The screens are called palys.

I think Stidham checked down to Davis on the double reverse pass. Gus usually likes a deep shot there.

It's more likely JS was coached to recognize that would be there in that situation. I said after LSU that fans put to much on coaches and don't blame players enough. I still feel that way.

JS 10 times on 1st down was given an opportunity to make a play and chose to give the ball to KJ. For whatever reason he now often takes that ball and 1) runs or 2) finds the Pass option. If he'd done that 3 times out of 10 we beat LSU. He wasn't ready for the moment then. I believe the thing that woke up was the QB...Gus and his O always looks great when the QB plays well. JS is the difference. Anybody could see the potential with him, but he is living up to it now. uga might be interesting, he won't have the help in the backfield IMO even if KJ plays. KJ right now is good for 3 yards and turns 2 yards into 8 often.

The coaches obviously played conservative as well, but they also knew they OL was missing 3 starters and the D was missing 3 key starters right up the middle.

At the end of the day players must execute. Whether its JS on RPO's or Ruffin when Steele had him in the perfect call to stop a jet sweep and he almost doesn't line up correctly then completely miss plays the run. Players are responsible to execute.
