I noticed that Gus still runs it right up the gut on first down. Guess that habit will never change.

Bama is just average like everyone else now. No one else has slipped in to fill the void, so it should be an interesting season in the SEC.

The bama forum would probably be entertaining!

He looks like he’s lost weight since he was at AU

Total class act.

My cousin was recruited by everyone. Wide receiver. Last coach to visit Bear.

Cousin gets up to go to the bathroom. Bear makes a play for my aunt. Don comes back to see my aunt returning from the front porch with a broom in her hand.

Where’s coach?

He had to leave suddenly. The womanizing, drunk is not coming back.

buddy of mine and his big bro were both pretty good at the football

big bro ended up getting D1 interest as an LB/TE and was recruited by both AU and Bama

my buddy tells me they went to a game in Tuscaloosa on an official and went postgame to meet Bryant

big bro had wandered off to talk to some of the assistant coaches when Bryant finally showed up

reeking of whisky, he stumbled up to my friend and slurred “good to meet you son, we’ll be happy to have you playing for the Tide next fall”, obviously mistaking him for his older brother

my friend said it was hilarious because he was 14 years old and 130 lbs at the time

his parents were not amused, and big bro ended up signing with AU
